TECH PACK REQUIREMENTS
Zippers and pockets should be defined in the Tech Pack, not added only as visual details. Their construction, placement, reinforcement, intended contents, and movement performance should be confirmed with the garment design and selected fabric.
For leggings and training shorts, test whether a phone stays stable during squats, running, bending, and jumping. Check for sagging, bounce, pressure, seam distortion, difficult access, or a closure that opens unexpectedly during activity.
Confirm placement from stable garment landmarks.
Check stretch, recovery, and opening behavior.
Reinforce stress points around openings and seams.
At Call The STYLE, zipper and pocket specifications can be reviewed during technical development and sample fitting before bulk production. Final materials, hardware, reinforcement, and construction should be recorded in the latest Tech Pack.
