Reviewing the fabric first helps keep an unsuitable material issue from carrying into cut pieces and finished garments. Before bulk production, we make a pre-production sample and submit it for your confirmation. You can review the sample against the design and order details agreed with our team. We begin bulk production after you confirm the pre-production sample, giving both teams a clear reference for the order. Our team checks garments on the production line and carries out sampling checks while bulk sewing is under way. Inspection is part of the production flow, rather than an activity left only until the order is finished. These checks give our team opportunities to identify and communicate production differences before the full order reaches the finishing stage. Finished garments go through multiple checks in the finishing area. After packing, we also review the order's hangtags, packaging, and size labels against the confirmed requirements. This final stage covers details your customers will see when they receive the product, not only the garment itself. PRODUCTION COMMUNICATION Your account manager follows the order as it moves through material preparation, sample confirmation, sewing, finishing, and packing. We communicate production progress and discuss questions with you during the process.
