From Concept to Sample

A streamlined workflow to turn your ideas into reality.

Concept & Consultation

Share your mood boards, sketches, or reference photos. We discuss your target market and price point to align on the design direction.

Fabric & Trim Recommendation

Based on the design, our experts recommend the most suitable functional fabrics and trims from our library to match the performance requirements.

Tech Pack Creation

We convert your design into a professional Tech Pack, including BOM (Bill of Materials), size specs, and sewing details.
No Tech Pack? We build it for you.

Pattern Making

Our experienced pattern makers create ergonomic patterns tailored to your specific size chart (US, EU, or Asian sizing) to ensure the perfect fit.

Prototyping & Refinement

We produce the first physical sample. We then review the fit and workmanship, making necessary adjustments until the sample is approved for production.

Our Design Expertise

Market Trend Insights

We stay updated with global activewear trends. Whether it's the latest color palettes or popular silhouettes (e.g., flare leggings, crisscross bras), we provide data-backed recommendations to help your product sell.

Ergonomic Fit Engineering

Activewear requires precise fit. Our pattern team specializes in high-stretch fabrics, ensuring garments offer the right compression without restricting movement or causing "camel toe" issues.

Graphic & Print Design

We assist with logo placement, label design, and custom print development. We provide 2D digital mockups so you can visualize the branding before sampling.

Turning Ideas Into Reality

We take care of the technical details so you can focus on building your brand.

Common Questions

  • What should I check before approving an activewear sample?
Approve both appearance and performance: confirm fit on the intended body type and measurements against the Tech Pack. Check fabric hand feel, stretch, recovery, color, stitching, seam comfort, logo quality, labels, trims, elastics, waistband stability, bra support, squat-proof opacity, and range of motion. Review lab test results for washing, pilling, and colorfastness before final approval. Record every change in the Tech Pack.
  • What is a pre-production sample and why should I approve it?
A pre-production sample is the final production-intent sample reviewed before bulk manufacturing. It confirms fabric and color, measurements, stitching, logo placement, labels, trims, finishing, and packaging. For activewear, also verify stretch, recovery, support, waistband stability, and squat-proof opacity. Approval should be recorded in the Tech Pack or sample comments. Skipping PPS approval risks misunderstandings, rework, delays, and discrepancies between sample and bulk.
  • Can I develop a coordinated activewear collection with multiple styles?
Coordinated collections share colors, logo placement, seam details, trims, and packaging across leggings, bras, shorts, tops, and jackets. Each style must be developed and tested separately due to different performance demands. When fabrics share a color, approve lab dips side by side since nylon, polyester, mesh, and woven fabrics absorb dye differently. Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. For first launch, develop two to four core styles rather than a large collection.
