Launching a brand
Start with a focused capsule rather than an oversized range. Select your priority styles, then approve fit, fabric, colors, size range, branding and packaging before bulk production.
Develop modest activewear, yoga and gym wear, and athleisure for your own label. We help Saudi brands and made-to-order wholesalers turn product references into approved samples and clearly specified bulk orders.
Your first decision is the product mix. We help define what should be sampled, which details matter to your customer, and how each style and color will be ordered.
Start with a focused capsule rather than an oversized range. Select your priority styles, then approve fit, fabric, colors, size range, branding and packaging before bulk production.
Expand an existing gym or athleisure range with longer tops and more relaxed bottoms. Use the sample to check coverage during movement and whether the new pieces coordinate with your current collection.
Build a private-label assortment to your customer and price specification. Orders are made to order, with quantities, labeling and packing confirmed for each style and color.
Choose the styles that fit your customer and price positioning. Final construction, fabric and sizing are confirmed during development and sampling.

Coordinate a longer top with relaxed trousers. Specify top length, sleeve coverage, trouser shape, waist construction, pockets and color matching.

Develop the length, neckline, sleeve and hem for the coverage you want. Review how the garment sits when the wearer raises her arms or bends.

Compare straight, loose and cuffed legs, then confirm hip and thigh ease, waistband fit, pocket placement and finished length.

Add leggings, tops, sports bras or coordinated sets for customers who prefer a closer fit. Match each style to its intended movement, fit and fabric.
Use one coordinated color to check the top length, trouser ease, fabric appearance and complete outfit before expanding the palette.
Serve different wearing preferences in one planned range. Review the fit and material for each product according to its intended use.
Already have a reference? Send the style, target customer and proposed quantity. We can identify which details need to be fixed before sampling.
Discuss Your CollectionPlanning another style, such as a sports hijab or long active dress? Send the reference and intended use so we can assess construction and sampling before quoting it.
For a longline or relaxed activewear style, the important question is how it fits and moves on the body. We review the sample against your target wearer, activity and coverage requirements before fixing the bulk specification.
Desired opacity, stretch, drying or other performance properties should be written into the brief and checked on the selected material and sample. They are not assumed from a reference photo. Your team can then approve a product against stated requirements rather than a general description such as “modest” or “premium”.
You do not need the same starting materials for every project. We first establish which decisions are already made and which must be resolved in a sample.
Send drawings, measurements, materials, construction and branding details. We review the specification, identify open points and define the sample scope.
Share photos or a physical sample and tell us what to retain or change. We translate the direction into fit, fabric and construction decisions for sampling.
Begin with a suitable existing style, then discuss fit adjustments, colors, logo, labels and packaging. Sampling confirms the final version for your brand.
A good sample is only one part of a usable order. Tell us how your brand wants the finished garments identified and packed, and have your Saudi importer confirm the information needed for its market.
Confirm logo artwork, size marking, care wording, fiber information and country-of-origin wording. If Arabic or bilingual text is required, provide approved copy for the label layout and sample review.
Specify hangtags, individual packing, size stickers, assortment by size or color, and carton identification. These details are checked against the approved order at finishing.
Share the delivery destination, requested shipping terms and any documents your importer needs. We review the production and shipping scope with you; the importer confirms applicable Saudi requirements.
These standard terms give your team a practical basis for planning styles, colors and launch timing. We confirm the project-specific quotation and schedule after reviewing the design.
Different styles or colors are counted separately. Confirm the size breakdown within each style and color before production.
Includes fabric procurement and sewing. The sample fee includes one revision within the original design scope; a major redesign requires a new fee.
Includes fabric procurement, sewing, final quality checks and packing after product details and approvals are confirmed.
The output of development is an approved product specification, not just a photo of a sample. Our team follows the production milestones and communicates progress with you.
Confirm product, intended wearer, reference, quantities, target date, fabric direction and branding requirements.
Review the initial sample and any agreed revision. Approve the pre-production sample, measurements, material, color and construction before bulk starts.
Check incoming fabric for shade and visible defects before shrinkage and cutting, then carry out inline and mid-production checks.
Inspect finished garments, size and care labels, hangtags and packing details against the approved order before dispatch.
