ORDER QUANTITY
Custom Activewear MOQ: 100 Pieces per Style and Color
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for each style and each color. Quantities for different colors or styles are counted separately.
The style and color breakdown gives us a clear basis for reviewing your order and quotation.
100 pieces in Color A and 100 pieces in Color B.

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
Activewear Sampling, Revisions & Sample Fee
The initial sample is made to the agreed design details. The sample fee includes one revision after the first sample.
Feedback on the first sample can be used for one revision within the original sample scope.
A substantial design change that requires a new sample carries a new sample fee.
The sample fee can be refunded when the bulk order reaches 300 pieces of the same style and same color.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Activewear Sample & Bulk Production Lead Times
Making time and transport time are separate. The schedule for your order is reviewed against the confirmed design, quantity, approvals, and shipping method.
Includes fabric procurement and sewing. Sample courier transit is additional.
Includes fabric procurement, sewing, final quality inspection, and packing.
Courier, air freight, and sea freight depend on the selected route and destination.
Sample review, any revision, and final approvals are additional stages in the overall project schedule.

Project brief — Product type, design materials, style and color quantities, destination, and target date.
Sample scope — Agree on design details, sample fee, and the included revision.
Sample review — Review the first sample and confirm any revision within the agreed scope.
Bulk production — Confirm the approved sample and order details before fabric procurement, sewing, quality inspection, and packing.
Shipping arrangement — Select the freight option and confirm its transit time separately.

Activewear MOQ, Sampling & Shipping FAQs
Can colors be combined to meet the 100-piece MOQ?
No. The 100-piece minimum applies to each style and each color.
Does the sample fee include a change?
Yes. One revision after the first sample is included. A major design change requiring a new sample carries another fee.
Are shipping days included in the lead times?
No. The 7–10 days for initial sampling and 25–30 days for bulk production exclude shipping transit.
