Inventory: Adding a color increases the number of style–color combinations you must order.
Sampling: You need to know which changes are included before approving a sample fee.
Timing: A production estimate is not a delivery date when freight has not been selected.
01 / BUILD THE ORDER MATRIX
Start with the 100-piece rule
Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style per color. List every style and color you want to launch, then check each combination against that minimum. This gives you a more useful starting point for discussing quantities and cost.
The sample-fee refund threshold is counted separately: it is reached at 300 pieces for the same style and same color. Three colors at 100 pieces each do not meet that threshold for any one color.
02 / CONTROL THE SAMPLE SCOPE
Understand the sample fee before sampling starts
- Initial sample: We make the first sample based on the agreed design details.
- One included revision: After reviewing that sample, you can request one revision under the original sample fee.
- Major design changes: If the change requires a new sample, another sample fee applies.
- Possible fee refund: The sample fee can be refunded when the bulk order reaches 300 pieces for the same style and color.
Initial sample making takes 7–10 days, including fabric procurement and sewing. Courier transit is additional and depends on the shipping option. The time for a later revision is confirmed separately.

Separate making time from shipping time
Initial sample
7–10 daysIncludes fabric procurement and sewing. Sample courier transit is additional.

25–30 daysIncludes fabric procurement, sewing, final quality inspection, and packing.
Transportation
Quoted separatelyAir and sea freight have different transit times. Confirm the route for your destination and target date.
Sample review, any revision, and approvals also need room in your launch calendar. We can discuss the project schedule after the design and order details are clear.

A practical route from brief to shipment
- Share your brief. Tell us the product, style and color count, expected quantity, destination, and target date.
- Confirm the sample scope. Review design details, the sample fee, and the included revision before sample making.
- Review the physical sample. Send clear, consolidated feedback after it arrives.
- Approve bulk details. Confirm the agreed sample, quantities, and production arrangements.
- Choose freight. Assess the air or sea shipping option separately from the production period.

Can different colors be combined to reach 100 pieces?
No. The 100-piece minimum applies to each style and each color.
Can different colors be combined for the sample-fee refund?
No. The bulk order must reach 300 pieces for the same style and the same color.
Is a sample change included?
One revision after the initial sample is included. A major design change requiring a new sample carries another sample fee.
Is shipping included in the 7–10 or 25–30 days?
No. Both are making periods. Courier, air, or sea transit depends on the selected shipping option.
