The best logo technique for custom sportswear depends on the garment fabric, stretch level, logo size, design complexity, application position, order quantity, desired appearance, wash requirements, and target cost. There is no single branding method that is best for every activewear product. The branding technique should be selected together with the fabric and garment construction—not after the product has already been finalized.

A logo that performs well on a cotton sweatshirt may not perform equally well on a lightweight nylon-spandex sports bra. Not automatically. "Water-based" describes part of the ink system but does not confirm the complete chemical profile. A better requirement: "Use an approved ink supported by valid chemical-compliance documentation for the required market and product standard."

Silicone Heat-Transfer Logos

A silicone heat-transfer logo is produced separately and applied using controlled heat, pressure, and time. Creates smooth matte, soft raised, 3D, or tonal effects. Thin Transfer vs Silicone
