The Details We Confirm Before Bulk Production
A sports bra is evaluated as a complete garment. These decisions affect the sample, quotation and production reference, so they should be agreed before the bulk order is released.
Activity, Coverage & Support Target
Tell us how and where the bra will be worn. This helps define the intended coverage, fit and support target for sample review. Performance should be assessed on the approved physical design.
Straps, Back & Closure
Confirm strap placement, width, adjustability where required, back shape and any closure details. These choices affect both appearance and how the garment wears.
Cups, Lining & Underbust
Specify whether the design needs removable or fixed cups, lining, an underbust band or other internal details. We review these components against the design before sampling.
Fabric, Color & Size Range
Fabric hand feel, stretch, color and the brand's size chart are considered together. Fit and construction are checked on the sample before final production details are confirmed.
PRIVATE LABEL DETAILS
Your Product, Finished for Your Brand
Logo placement, size and care labels, hangtags and packaging should be planned alongside the garment rather than added after production. We review the selected details on the sample and confirm them for the bulk order.
If you already have packaging or labeling specifications, include them with your design files so they can be considered from the start.

MOQ, Sampling & Production Timeline
These standard terms help you assess whether a sports bra project fits your launch plan. Final materials, construction and shipping arrangements are confirmed for the individual order.
- Minimum Order
- 100 pieces per style and color. Sizes within that style and color can be discussed when the order details are reviewed.
- Sample Production
- 7–10 days, including fabric purchasing and sewing. Sample shipping transit is additional.
- Sample Fee & Revision
- The sample fee includes one revision after the first sample is made. A major design change requires a new sample fee. The sample fee can be refunded when the bulk order reaches at least 300 pieces of the same style and color.
- Bulk Production
- 25–30 days, including fabric purchasing, sewing, final quality checks and packing. Air, sea or courier transit is additional.

Quality Checks From Fabric to Finished Packing
The approved sample and order details guide production. Our team checks materials before cutting, reviews work during production and checks finished garments and packing details before shipment preparation.

Fabric Inspection
Fabric color and visible defects, including yarn issues, are checked before shrinkage preparation and cutting.

02 · APPROVAL
Pre-Production Sample
The pre-production version is sent for your confirmation. Bulk production starts after approval.

Inline & Mid-Production Checks
Production-line checks and mid-production sampling help identify issues while the order is being made.

04 · FINISHING
Final & Packing Checks
Finished garments pass finishing checks. Hangtags, packaging and size labels are checked after packing.
Your account manager follows the order and communicates production progress with you. For a sports bra, the approved sample also records the agreed strap, underbust, cup or lining details and brand finishing for the production team to follow.
