- What are your payment terms?○Deposit: 30% to start production. ○Balance: 70% before shipment. ○Methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (small amounts), Western Union.
- What if my goods get lost or damaged during shipping?While rare, accidents can happen. If you choose our DDP service, we handle the liability until delivery. For other methods, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier.
- Do you offer "Drop Shipping" services?Currently, we specialize in B2B Wholesale (bulk manufacturing) and do not ship single items directly to your end consumers. We ship the bulk order to your warehouse or fulfillment center.
- Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?Yes. For USA, Canada, UK, EU, and Australia, we offer DDP shipping. We handle customs clearance and pay the import duties, so the goods are delivered straight to your door hassle-free.
- What is the lead time for bulk production?Standard lead time is 20 - 35 days. ○Material Prep: 3-5 days. ○Cutting & Sewing: 10-20 days. ○Finishing & QC: 3-5 days.
