PPS Approval (Critical)
The most important step. We produce a "Pre-Production Sample" using the actual bulk fabric and trims. Bulk production only starts after you sign off on the PPS.
Bulk Production & Inline QC
Cutting, sewing, and finishing. Our QC team performs inline inspections daily to catch issues early on the line.
Final QC & Delivery
100% final inspection, needle detection, and packaging. We handle logistics (FOB/DDP) to get goods to your door.
